Mars 3D Space Survey Screensaver will show images and information about Mars on your screen. When activated, this screen saver will display spectacular views of the fourth planets from the Sun, along with its satellites - Phobos and Deimos. It will also show you some statistical data, such as its position, the atmosphere, life forms, the environment, its satellites and more, while playing some relaxing music.
Just as it happens with many other screen savers, you will be able to configure its settings through Windows’ “Display Properties” dialog. You can choose the gamma and resolution that the screen saver will use, the speed of the camera, if you wish the screen saver to stop when you move your mouse or not, the format of the time displayed, as well as the effects and information you would like to use. Nevertheless, you will not be allowed to change the music played in the background, but you can always disable this feature.
The three-dimensional images offered by this screen saver are of great quality. They come from the image bank of various space missions that orbited around Mars. Some of these images appear in small windows on your screen on top of the main image, and they will tell you which they represent and to which mission they belong.
